Description

Open is an AI-powered, all-in-one customer support and communication platform — used in production by: Print.com, Mollie.com, Viva.com, More.com, Orderchamp.com, OneCarNow.com, and other major enterprise companies. We specialize in solving and automating complex support cases across email, web, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp. We’re a research-based company currently working on releasing Support-Bench, the world’s most comprehensive AI customer support benchmark. Our team consists of +3 programming language builders, a nationwide cybersecurity competition winner at age 16, and a dentist.

Slack revolutionizes workplace communication by replacing email chains with organized, searchable conversations. Unlike traditional messaging tools, Slack organizes team discussions into dedicated channels for projects, departments, or topics, ensuring nothing gets lost in overcrowded inboxes. The platform combines instant messaging with powerful search capabilities, allowing teams to find any message, file, or decision from months ago in seconds. With over 2,000 app integrations including Google Drive, Salesforce, and GitHub, Slack becomes the central nervous system of your organization, bringing all your tools and conversations into one unified workspace.

Positives
"Outstanding performance and great documentation."
Abby Wilkinson - 5/5
"Slack keeps our remote team connected. The huddles feature is fantastic for quick voice calls. Couldn't imagine working without it."
David Thompson - 5/5
Negatives
"Performance issues during peak usage times."
Michele Klein - 1/5
"File sharing is severely limited. We hit the storage limit after just a few weeks, and the file size restrictions make it impossible to share large documents. Had to use Google Drive anyway, so what's the point? The pricing is also way too expensive for what you get."
Thomas Anderson - 1/5
