About Saas Reviews
A software review directory for US business buyers comparing tools by category, and for the SaaS vendors who want those buyers to find them.
Our Mission
Buyers use SaaS Reviews to shortlist software: browse a category, read the product profile, check the alternatives page and compare two tools side by side. Reviews come only from people with a signed-in account and a confirmed email address, one review per product per account, so a single person cannot pile ratings onto a listing.
Vendors use the site to put their product in front of those buyers. They can submit a product, claim and complete its profile, answer reviews on a paid profile plan, and buy a clearly labeled placement. A paid placement changes where a product appears, never its rating, which comes only from reviews.
Authenticity
A review needs a signed-in account and each account can review a product once. Accounts confirm their email address before they can review, and we do not publish generated or imported reviews.
Transparency
Claimed profiles are marked as claimed, vendor answers appear under the review they reply to with the vendor's name, and ratings are calculated from reviews alone.
Built for Buyers and Vendors
Buyers read and compare at no cost. Vendors pay only for things they choose, such as priority listing, a premium profile or an ad placement, and every price is on the page before checkout.
