TrustRadius Pricing for Vendors and What a TrustRadius Listing Costs
What a basic TrustRadius profile includes, how the reported Customer Voice starting price works, and when a software vendor should choose a lower cost route.

A priority listing is $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, and includes a review profile, an alternatives page and a dofollow link.
Submit your product See what a listing includesShort answer. A basic TrustRadius profile costs nothing. Customer Voice starts at $30,000, with third party guides reporting that figure per product per year. Pricing beyond the starting figure is quote based. Add ons such as downstream intent data and enterprise SSO are quoted by sales.
TrustRadius pricing makes more sense when you separate being listed from buying a vendor program. You can have a public profile with star ratings and customer reviews without purchasing Customer Voice. If your immediate need is an accurate product page, compare TrustRadius alternatives for software vendors before treating a paid program as the cost of entry.
Set a predictable listing budget
A priority listing on SaaS Reviews is $49 a month or $288 a year. It is a separate offer from our claimed profile plans and from enterprise review programs.

TrustRadius names Customer Voice on its vendor pricing page and lists a starting figure of $30,000. The annual, per product interpretation below is reported by third party guides. Treat that as a planning baseline, then ask sales to confirm the term, product coverage and deliverables in writing. Do not assume the starting figure includes every capability discussed during a sales call.
| Profile or program | Vendor cost | What is established | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic profile | $0 | Claim through the vendor portal. Appears in buyer searches with star ratings and customer reviews. | Whether the basic presence meets your current needs. |
| Customer Voice | Starting at $30,000, reported per product per year | A named paid vendor program with a published starting figure. Pricing beyond it is quote based. | Included services, product scope, term and total quote. |
| Add ons | Quoted by sales | Examples include downstream intent data and enterprise SSO. | Which items are additional and what each costs. |
The table deliberately leaves the Customer Voice feature list to the proposal. A price floor does not establish an entitlement to every service the platform sells. Ask the representative to connect each line item to a task your team needs to perform. A clearly scoped program is easier to assess than a list of capabilities without an owner.
What drives a TrustRadius quote
Product scope is the first question. A reported price per product should prompt a conversation about which product the proposal covers. If your team markets distinct tools, do not assume a single starting figure covers the whole catalog. Ask for the product names and scope to be written into the proposal rather than inferring coverage from a presentation.
Add ons are the next distinction. Downstream intent data serves a different purpose from an accurate public listing. Enterprise SSO addresses access requirements. Ask for separate prices where appropriate, and identify who will use each capability. There is no value in buying a data workflow your sales team has no process to handle.
Then confirm the commercial terms. Ask about billing, contract duration, renewal provisions and any services excluded from the quoted scope. These are questions for your proposal, not claims about standard TrustRadius terms. The reported starting figure cannot tell you what your particular order form will require.
TrustRadius vs G2 vs Capterra vendor costs
These platforms offer no cost profiles, but charge for different paid products. G2 Starter is a named plan. Capterra sells clicks, while Software Advice sells leads. Comparing the totals helps set a budget; it does not establish that the programs deliver equivalent services.
| Platform | Basic presence | Paid entry | Yearly planning figure |
|---|---|---|---|
| TrustRadius | Profile at no cost | Customer Voice from $30,000 | About $30,000 per product (reported), add ons quoted |
| G2 | Profile at no cost | Starter $299 a month or $2,999 a year in the FY26 pricing guide | $2,999 with annual Starter billing, higher tiers quoted |
| Capterra | Profile at no cost | PPC from a reported $2.00 a click, about $500 a month practical floor | About $6,000 at the practical floor |
| Software Advice | Part of the Capterra and GetApp network | Leads reported at $70 to $250 each | Depends on lead purchases |
G2 acquired Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice from Gartner, announcing the deal on January 29, 2026 and closing it on February 5. They are separate buying options under a shared owner. Read our G2 pricing breakdown for its plan structure and the Capterra PPC guide before comparing clicks with a vendor program.
When a SaaS company should pay for TrustRadius
TrustRadius is known for authenticated reviewers, long detailed reviews and trScore. Those characteristics can matter when enterprise buyers want context about implementation and ongoing use. A company with customers able to describe those experiences has material to work with. The next question is whether the paid proposal helps the team use that evidence in a defined buying process.
Assign responsibility for the work before signing. Customer marketing should know how it will ask for honest reviews, sales should know which buyer questions need evidence, and the program owner should track how competitors position themselves while planning relevant customer questions. Review quality depends on useful context, including limitations, rather than a request for praise.
TrustRadius says it does not sell paid placement in rankings. Top Rated and Buyer's Choice badges are earned from reviews. Evaluate Customer Voice on its written deliverables. Do not justify the spend as buying a higher ranking, a stronger trScore or an award.
When the paid program can wait
A startup still refining its target customer may need conversations and an accurate listing before a large review program. Start with the basic TrustRadius profile and a repeatable way to request honest customer feedback. If your team cannot name the buyer question the program will answer, postpone the purchase until that becomes clear.
Intent data also needs a practical use. HG Insights announced its acquisition of TrustRadius on June 19, 2025, with terms undisclosed, presenting the combination as HG account data paired with TrustRadius buyer intent signals. Ask how any proposed data would change account selection or outreach. The acquisition story does not by itself establish a return for your company.
Cheaper routes for a software vendor
Gartner Peer Insights does not charge vendors to be listed or reviewed and focuses on enterprise IT tied to Gartner research. PeerSpot offers a no cost listing and quoted vendor programs. SourceForge offers a no cost listing with quoted paid promotion. SaaSHub and SaaSworthy have no cost listings plus paid featured or sponsored options.
For a fixed listing expense, SaaS Reviews offers a priority listing at $49 a month or $288 a year. Ratings come only from reviews, paid placement is labeled, and reviews require a signed in account with confirmed email. A listing is not an enterprise intent program. Compare TrustRadius alternatives by buyer fit and vendor cost and G2 alternatives to choose the purchase that matches your immediate work.
TrustRadius pricing FAQ
How much does TrustRadius cost?
A basic profile costs nothing. Customer Voice starts at $30,000, reported by third party guides as per product per year. Pricing beyond that starting figure is quote based. Add ons such as downstream intent data and enterprise SSO are quoted by sales. Confirm the full scope before using the starting figure as a budget.
Is TrustRadius free?
Yes, any software vendor can claim a basic profile at no cost through the vendor portal. Those profiles appear in buyer searches and show star ratings and customer reviews. Customer Voice is a separate paid program. A basic listing does not require purchasing it.
Is TrustRadius worth it for a startup?
The basic profile can suit a startup that needs a review presence. The paid program needs a stronger business case, such as enterprise buyers asking for detailed customer evidence and a team assigned to the work. If the goal is simply a product listing, begin with the no cost profile or a lower cost directory.
Does TrustRadius charge for reviews?
Vendors do not need a paid program for customer reviews to appear on a basic profile. TrustRadius sells Customer Voice separately and says it does not sell paid placement in rankings. Review based badges are earned. Paying for a vendor program should not be interpreted as purchasing favorable reviews or a higher score.
