Notifications are completely out of control. Even after adjusting all the settings, I'm still getting bombarded with notifications for every single message across all channels. The mobile app drained my battery because it was constantly buzzing. Very frustrating for a tool that's supposed to help with communication.

Disappointing experience. The tool crashed multiple times and I lost important data. The documentation is also very outdated and not helpful.

Thread organization is a nightmare. Conversations get lost in threads, and there's no easy way to track what's been discussed. For a team collaboration tool, the thread system makes it harder to collaborate, not easier.
