Channel management is chaotic with large teams. Too many channels, notifications everywhere, and no good way to organize or archive old conversations. The interface becomes overwhelming with more than 20 team members.

Disappointing experience. The tool crashed multiple times and I lost important data. The documentation is also very outdated and not helpful.

File sharing is severely limited. We hit the storage limit after just a few weeks, and the file size restrictions make it impossible to share large documents. Had to use Google Drive anyway, so what's the point? The pricing is also way too expensive for what you get.
